Episode 3

In the “Walking with feelings” warm-up, the facilitator guides participants to move freely through the space and then layers in increasingly air-quality-related prompts, turning the room into a shared, embodied simulation of everyday breathing in Ljubljana. When the instruction to participants shifts to act like they are breathing fresh, clean air, the group responds almost in unison, exhaling, lifting their heads, and showing visible relief, creating a collective moment of release that feels like a symbolic clearing of the body and atmosphere. When the facilitator introduces dense fog, the mood changes: fog becomes both a sensory and metaphorical barrier, and participants embody uncertainty, reduced visibility, and constriction, as if air quality limits orientation and ease of movement.
