The internationally renowned digital artist MAOTIK comes to Eleusis for a unique Artist Talk & Open Studio event, within the framework of Transition to 8: European societies in flux (TT8), inviting the public into a fully immersive, multisensory environment.

Using physiological data as raw material, bodily and emotional responses of Eleusis residents recorded through sensors during sociodrama sessions, MAOTIK will create an interactive multimedia installation.

The installation will make visible the invisible threats of polluting suspended microparticles and will transform the experience of air pollution into a living visual and sonic landscape.

The audience will have the opportunity to meet the artist, closely follow the stages of the work’s development, and become part of an experience where art, data, and the environment meet in real time.
